In order to ensure that Bullion Custodial Services (BCS) and any purchase of BMG BullionBars is not used to facilitate criminal, terrorist, or money laundering activities, BCS retains the right to reject, in its sole discretion, any client application it may choose. BCS is subject to Bill C-25 Canada, and is therefore required to comply with the regulations of the Financial Transactions Reports Analysis Center (FINTRAC). As such, BCS has implemented policies and procedures relating to the collection of information and the verification of client identity. BCS will only accept a client application for a BCS account from an individual client after it has verified the identity and other pertinent information related to the individual. Any information or documentary evidence required in the account application will be held in strict confidence, and BCS will not disclose such information to third parties, unless it is compelled to do so by regulatory authorities or courts.
Confidential information is delivered directly to Bullion Custodial Services Inc and is not shared with the Authorized Dealer. The information collected here by this Dealer, Investment-Grade Bullion, is the minimum information required for us to communicate with you during this process and is not shared with any other party.
Our aim is to help guide you through the process in the most time efficient manner and to serve you when buying and selling precious metal bars.
